Because we are a major supplier to the meat industry, we have to ensure all our products are of the highest quality. Butcher shops, Deli’s etc have to pass accreditation inspections each year to enable them to keep operating. If their chemicals are of an inferior quality and don’t kill bacteria during their cleaning regime there is a big chance they might not have a rosy  future.
