Yes we have a showroom and warehouse. Customers are more than welcome to leisurely stroll through our showroom and see what products we have and select the items they want. Our experienced staff are there to assist and answer any questions

 Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm 
 Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm
Closed Sundays and Public Holidays unless by prior arrangement.
 

Yes we do. Sometimes we use couriers to deliver, so we require an actual address within a township or urban district. We also require a contact phone number and e-mail address so we can make the freight bookings.

So that we can avoid any lengthy delays, we ask you to provide details of a safe place the courier can leave goods if you’re not home.

This is done during the checkout process. Note well, we cannot take responsibility for the goods once the courier has delivered as instructed.

You complete your purchase using the Shopping Cart.

Before you check out, you will need to create an account with us. Once this is done, log in and you will be able to complete your purchase.

By registering an account, the system will keep track of your shipping address and your previous order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments as well as PayPal. We also accept payments by Direct Deposit to our account-details which will be made available to you during the checkout process.

Yes . All prices quoted on this website include GST. We are a registered Australian Company for GST collection.

Surcharges

Due to weight, the following items have surcharges.

For 25kg Salt----$12.00 surcharge per bag.

For Machines--$60.00 surcharge for all machines costing over $1000.

Once payment has been cleared, we will strive to send your order on the same day or the very next Business day. If there is to be a lengthy delay (over 48 hours or back ordered products), we will advise you via e-mail.

Yes! Please complete this Order Form and fax back to us on 07 4659 7333.

In the rare case that you are not happy with your order, please contact us by email or phone on (07) 4659 7399 to discuss the issue you are having.  As the majority of the products we sell are perishable, it is important that if any problem is experienced that you contact us immediately so that the problem can be rectified.

In most cases where a product defect has been identified by Toowoomba Butcher’s Supplies Pty Ltd, replacement product/s or store credit to equal value will provided. Toowoomba Butcher’s Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the refund policy with transactions of extenuating circumstances.
